We’re delighted to announce that Sam Goodall has joined the Litmus FM team, bringing with him over 20 years of operational, facilities and strategic management experience across the waste management and higher education sectors.

Known for his results-driven and collaborative approach, Sam has a proven track record in scaling businesses, driving operational efficiency, and delivering sustainable,cost-effective outcomes.

Prior to joining Litmus FM,Sam held senior roles across both commercial and public sectors. As Operations Director at Forge Recycling (UK) Ltd, he led a team of more than 100 employees across multiple sites, playing a central role in its sale to Biffa Waste Services Ltd, where he went on to hold a senior leadership position. Earlier in his career, Sam held senior operational roles at Leeds Beckett University,managing complex estates projects and large operational teams.

Throughout his career, Samhas led transformational initiatives - from a £500,000 depot redevelopment and ISO compliance integration, to pioneering Yorkshire’s first paper cup recycling initiative in partnership with Leeds City Council and Hubbub, which collected over a million cups in its first year.
