Kate Davis is a senior Higher Education and Facilities Management specialist with more than 30 years' experience leading customer-focused operations across both the public and private sectors. Having held senior leadership roles at Leeds Beckett University before joining Litmus FM, she brings extensive expertise in estates, facilities management, commercial services, operational transformation and organisational change.
At Litmus FM, Kate works on strategic reviews, benchmarking studies and transformation projects for universities, colleges, students' unions and other public sector organisations. She works closely with executive teams and operational leaders to improve service performance, strengthen customer experience, identify efficiencies and develop sustainable operating models that support institutional priorities.
